Part of a family company established in 1988, our team have 30 years experience of supplying, installing and servicing a range of wood, oil and gas heating appliances and systems. Initially, the company was set up as a heating and plumbing business, but soon diversified into wood burning stoves and chimney system installation and related equipment, opening a small showroom and offices in Plough Road Business Centre, Great Bentley, Essex.
In 2009 the Directors, Gordon and Sue Bennett, met with USA-based manufacturers Central Boiler, to discuss the distribution of the Central Boiler range of outdoor boilers in the UK. This began a successful relationship and CB Biomass now has exclusive rights to the distribution of the Central Boiler products in the UK and Ireland with a dedicated network of dealers and installers throughout the country.
In 2011 this culminated in the company moving to a larger, more prominent premises at the head of the Business Centre.
We now provide a full installation and maintenance service including parts for the Central Boiler range throughout the UK.
We pride ourselves on the high quality of service we provide to our customers to ensure we give them the best level of technical expertise – our engineers are HETAS, OFTEC, Gas Safe and MCS Biomass approved.
Our admin office team are on hand to deal with all related sales, installation and maintenance enquires so we can get customers talking to the right people.
